These Terms & Conditions apply to the Giant Ashgrove 2023 Mid Year Sale promotion (the “Promotion”):
  1. The Promoter is Giant Ashgrove, 498 Waterworks Rd, Ashgrove QLD 4060 (07 3366 0379)
  2. The Promotion commences at 09:00 AEST on Tuesday, 13th June 2023 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 19:00 AEST on Thursday, 31st August 2023 (the “End Date”), or once stocks are exhausted. Discounts will only be valid during this time (the “Promotional Period”).
  3. The Promotion offer includes a range of discount offers on selected full-price Giant, Liv, and Momentum-branded bicycle floor stock purchased in-store at Giant Ashgrove during the Promotional Period only. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.
  4. Promotion discounts only apply to goods purchased in-store at Giant Ashgrove and only apply to selected full-price floor stock. Discounts are not available at other Giant-branded retailers, other authorised Giant retailers, or on other websites.
  5. Any sale items reduced prior to the Promotion commencing will not receive any further discounting.
  6. There is no purchase limit during the Promotion. Items are available only while stocks last. Items will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. No rain checks.
  7. The Promotion offer and associated discounts are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  8. Giant Ashgrove reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time and to amend these Terms & Conditions.
  9. By purchasing products from Giant Ashgrove during the Promotional Period, the individual is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
